Reformer Signature Sculpt
This 50-minute reformer total-body workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen targeted muscle groups. The class emphasizes slow, controlled movement to fully engage and fatigue each muscle group, creating a deep, effective burn. With a strong focus on form and time under tension, you’ll build strength, stability, and definition. This transformative experience that connects mind and body through intentional movement, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Pilates experience is required or at least 5 beginner flow classes are required first, with instructor approval to follow.
Reformer Beginner Flow
Beginner Flow is the perfection introduction to pilates, designed to teach you the essential foundations and classical pilates movements before progressing into our Signature Sculpt classes. It’s also ideal for slowing things down, reconnecting with your body, and restoring through mindful, controlled movement.
How to Prepare:
If it’s your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early. Entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Bring water, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and feel free to bring a towel (optional). Mats and other equipment are provided.
For reformer classes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you forget them, they’re available for purchase at the studio. For mat classes, towels are not provided, so please bring one if you’d like.
