Late Cancel/No Show:

• There is a strict 12-hour cancellation period

• Late cancellations and/or no shows will result in the loss of a class and a $20 fee

• Transferring from one class to another within the same day will result in a late cancellation fee of $20 if the change was done after the 12-hour.

Class Lateness Policy

• Clients are only permitted to enter within 10 minutes after a class starts to keep our clients safe and the flow of the class moving. If you arrive past the 10-minute grace period, your spot can be given to a waitlisted client.

Unlimited Monthly Membership:

• Recurring Monthly Membership Fee; the selected fee will be on auto-pay.

• A 6 month commitment is required for Unlimited Monthly Membership package.

• All memberships are nontransferable & nonrefundable..

• Membership change is possible with a written (email) notice for next billing cycle

• 1 membership hold is allowed per the 6 month cycle. The hold must be a minimum and maximum of 1 month in length. Payment will not be pro-rated for any hold shorter than 1 month in length.

• Termination: Membership can be terminated by either party with a 15 day written notice.

• The Pilates Cave RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

For all Auto Pay Class Packages:
