Purchase Policy

Class Return and Exchange Policy:

  • All services are non-refundable or exchangeable. All sales are final.

 

Merchandise Return Policy:

  • No returns or refunds to original form of payment. Exchanges may be made for Tribe Pilates credit within 14 days of purchase under the conditions that the item(s) exchanged have original tags and packaging still intact, and that the item(s) are unworn, unused, unstained, and not damaged.

 

Extension Policy:

  • We do not allow any extensions of your existing packages. You must use your classes in your given package time period.

Billing and Contract Cancellation: 

  • If your billing fails to process, The Pilates Cave will try to contact you via email. Should you not provide payment within seven days of your bill date, your membership and booking privileges will be suspended until balance is received and account is in good standing.
