Reformer Signature Sculpt
This 50-minute reformer total-body workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen targeted muscle groups. The class emphasizes slow, controlled movement to fully engage and fatigue each muscle group, creating a deep, effective burn. With a strong focus on form and time under tension, you’ll build strength, stability, and definition. This is a transformative experience that connects mind and body through intentional movement, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Pilates experience is required or at least 5 beginner flow classes are required first, with instructor approval to follow.
Reformer Beginner Flow
Beginner Flow is the perfect introduction to pilates, designed to teach you the essential foundations and classical pilates movements before progressing into our Signature Sculpt classes. It’s also ideal for slowing things down, reconnecting with your body, and restoring through mindful, controlled movement.
Mat Method SCULPT
This 45-minute full-body mat pilates class is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen targeted muscle groups through a dynamic blend of classical and contemporary techniques. Incorporating resistance bands, weights, and other props, the class emphasizes slow, controlled movements to fully engage and fatigue each muscle group, creating a deep, effective burn. With a strong focus on form and time under tensions, you’ll build strength, stability, and definition while enhancing you mind-body connection. Expect a transformative experience that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
Heated Mat Method Sculpt
This heated 45-minute full-body mat pilates workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen key muscle groups. Combining classical and contemporary pilates techniques, the class incorporates resistance bands, weights, and other props to enhance your practice. With a strong focus on form and time under tensions, you’ll build strength, stability, and definition while enhancing you mind-body connection. This class is set in a heated room at 80-90°F, where the added warmth boosts circulation, improves flexibility, and supports deeper msucle engagmeent. IyTalso helps reduce inflammation, improve joint mobility, and promote detoxofication throguh sweat- enhancing your overall performance

How to Prepare:
If it’s your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early. Entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Bring water, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and feel free to bring a towel (optional). Mats and other equipment are provided.
For reformer classes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you forget them, they’re available for purchase at the studio. For mat classes, towels are not provided, so please bring one if you’d like.
