Heated Mat Method Sculpt

This heated 45-minute full-body mat pilates workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen key muscle groups. Combining classical and contemporary pilates techniques, the class incorporates resistance bands, weights, and other props to enhance your practice. With a strong focus on form and time under tensions, you’ll build strength, stability, and definition while enhancing you mind-body connection. This class is set in a heated room at 80-90°F, where the added warmth boosts circulation, improves flexibility, and supports deeper msucle engagmeent. IyTalso helps reduce inflammation, improve joint mobility, and promote detoxofication throguh sweat- enhancing your overall performance

How to Prepare:

If it’s your first visit, please arrive ten minutes early as entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing. Towels are not included. Mats and other equipment are provided.
