Mat Method SCULPT

This 45-minute full-body mat pilates workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen key muscle groups. Combining classical and contemporary pilates techniques, the class incorporates resistance bands, weights, and other props to enhance your practice. Experience a transformative session that harmonizes mind and body, leaving you invigorated and renewed.

How to Prepare:

Bring water, optional towel, and WE PROVIDE MATS! Grip socks are optional or you can take the class barefoot, but be sure to wear comfortable, athletic clothing. Please arrive 10 minutes early & make sure to have already signed the online waiver if it is your first time.
