Cancellation Policy

Late Cancel/No Show:

  • There is a strict 12-hour cancellation period
  • Late cancellations and/or no shows will result in the loss of a class and a $20 fee
  • Transferring from one class to another within the same day will result in a late cancellation fee of $20 if the change was done after the 12-hour.

Class Lateness Policy

  • Clients are only permitted to enter within 10 minutes after a class starts to keep our clients safe and the flow of the class moving. If you arrive past the 10-minute grace period, your spot can be given to a waitlisted client and will result in the loss of the class and a late fee.

For all Auto Pay memberships/ Auto Pay Packages (For both Unlimited Monthly Membership- six-month commitment and 4 Pack Auto Pay):

  • Transferrable between both studio locations
  • Limited to ONE class per member per day
  • Recurring Monthly Membership Fee: the selected fee will be on auto-pay.
  • A 6-month commitment is required for all recurring package memberships
  • All memberships are nontransferable & nonrefundable.
  • No recurring appointments.
  • No rollover of unused classes to the next month/year.
  • Prices are subject to change with a 15 day email notice
  • 1 membership hold is allowed per the 6 month cycle. The hold must be a minimum and maximum of 1 month in length. Payment will not be pro-rated for any hold shorter than 1 month in length.

Standard single session and package classes:

  • Expires 12 months (exactly 1 year) from the date of purchase.

The Waitlist:

  • If a class you’d like to take is full, we encourage you to sign up for the waitlist! If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and will receive an email confirmation. If you no longer want a spot in the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist notifications. You are responsible for all classes you are added to from the waitlist.
